The applications blew us away, but we selected 15 Inspiring and passionate SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS who use their platform in business to love and inspire others. It wasn’t about the number of followers or the amount of experience... it was about the heart we could tell these inspiring people have for the work that they do and the people they serve!

Meg Young started Cailíní Coastal for customers like herself, those who wanted to create a beautiful home without having to invest in a house full of expensive furniture. That’s where home accents come in, the finishing touches that make a room feel complete and turn a house into a home. We are continually inspired by Meg because this year she launched her shop in the middle of the first wave of the pandemic and donated 100% of revenue to charity the first six months she was open... and she did it by taking all of her own photos with her PHONE! After you see her photos you’ll be amazed to hear that she is NOT a photographer… and the decor she curates is classic and chic! If you’re inspired by the ocean or being on the water, this shop is for you!

One-of-a-kind pieces and Boho style designs to elevate the beauty of your home and provide relaxation. 100% Cotton and ethically handmade in El Salvador. It was founded by Ana with the idea of celebrating Salvadorian heritage and sharing artisan made hammocks with the global market! They collaborate closely with our artisan partners in El Salvador and together they combine modern & traditional technique’s to create beautiful quality hammocks. We are also inspired by their beautiful mission to create awareness of the importance of keeping the Mayan hammock ancestry alive. Their heart and care for their craft shines in the beauty of their products!

Victoria is located in the UK and creates the most beautiful cakes and desserts! She spends her days teaching others how to bake and run their own businesses like hers! Her style is whimsical and chic… all of her creations deserve to be in a magazine! And it’s clear that she is an incredible teacher as she features her students’ work which is also incredible! If you love sweets and pretty things, you’re going to love following Victoria!

Courtney is a small business owner who’s motto is “change your pillows, transform your space”! She shares that her purpose is to add beauty to your life and home through pillows and by taking inspiration from nature + using recycled products for her packaging and brand! Our favorite part is her story because she had a dream and went for it before she ever even knew how to sew a pillow! “I went to the store, bought $100 worth of fabric, and then asked my angel sister-in-law if she could teach me how to sew a pillow!” We are so inspired by her vision and willingness to go for it before she really knew what she was doing! That’s entrepreneurship in a nutshell!

Flower Wild is a small business focused on helping women feel beautiful no matter what stage of life they’re in. Specializing in affordable bohemian styles that give off an effortless vibe, they want everyone that wanders - whether to the grocery store or a fun weekend trip - to wander in style. We are so inspired by the pieces in the Flower Wild Shop and by the consistency of their photos and brand! We’re also inspired by their customer service and love for their customers!

Launched in 2017, MISSIO is a hair product company that exists to use beauty to restore hope and fight human trafficking. The experiences of stylist Lorin Van Zandt using beauty to help women emerging from human trafficking, alongside her husband Kyle’s desire to fight this injustice, led them to create hair product with purpose. They have created stylist-designed and salon-tested hair products that serve as a vehicle to educate salons in victim identification, mobilize stylists in beauty initiatives, and give to non-profit partners. This double-bottom-line approach is an innovative and effective way to involve YOU- the customer who wants their purchases to matter while unlocking the potential of the cosmetic industry to directly fight human trafficking. We’re incredibly inspired by their mission and dedication to their purpose in all that they do!

Courtney is an incredible designer (and wife + mama!) who helps people love their home by assisting them throughout the design and build process! She then styles their home so it reflects them and the way they want to live. We love her clean and modern farmhouse style and how she works to make her clients homes feel so inviting! This year has proven how important it is to love the space you live in by making it beautiful and YOU! And Courtney does an incredible job of helping people find that!

Michelle is a small business attorney that works with creatives daily and have created contract templates to make sure they are protected and secure in their business. The contract templates she’s created are in plain english and easy to understand! She works with a lot of creatives so visuals are also extremely important to her and she’s been able to use our course and presets for that! We are so inspired by Michelle and how she blends professionalism with beauty! Something that many creatives struggle with… she helps make it simple!

Sallie Tomato offers easy-to-follow patterns that are fun to make! With their supplies, your project will look hand-crafted rather than homemade… Their patterns range from beginner to advanced, so there’s something for everyone! They also offer online classes so you can learn how to make a bag step-by-step from the comfort of your home at your own pace. Founded by Jessica (her middle name is Sallie!) to help fund her college tuition, Sallie Tomato now has a team of twelve hard working individuals dedicated to helping you create your own bag! We’re so inspired by her devotion to perfecting her craft as well as the way she knows her niche and who she serves so well!

Run by a husband and wife team (Henry and Mimi) along with their best friends! They started JuiceMi to help their customers change their life through healthy living. Their mission is to help every JuiceMi customer feel like a million bucks by providing them with the gold standard of hand-crafted, highly nutritious drinks and food that simply taste amazing! We are so inspired by their story and how they started with a small kitchen in Long Beach (not open to the public) to make organic juices and delivery juice cleanses to people in the Orange County community. After learning that only 8% of American get their veggie serving, they felt like there was a huge need to provide their juicing service. They spent 3 years perfecting their juicing process and we are inspired by their dedication to their craft! We know you’ll be super inspired by their fun, laidback space and style too!

Kate is a fine artist, wife, and mama to twin littles and a very sassy French Bulldog. Her work is a blend of whimsy and playful honesty… her custom paintings and lifestyle goods are the ultimate gifts for showers, weddings, housewarming parties, new babies, new jobs, and honoring loved ones. We’re inspired by how she infuses so much personality into her work and brand! And by how she takes incredible photos of her work using only her phone in her studio space!

We are most inspired by the principles she set to guide her business. Through the products they sell, their goal is to preserve tradition, provide fair wages, make an impact, celebrate diversity, empower artisans, and connect communities across the globe! She and her husband began to collect local, original art, and were so impressed with the talent of the artists that she knew she wanted to be a part of the art world! With the mentorship of several artist friends, her journey began… We’re so inspired by how she bravely sought out others to help her on her own journey to becoming an artist! Her work is primarily abstract landscapes and expressionistic florals. It consists of many layers made with various combinations of acrylic, oil, wax, gold leaf, collage elements, and shiny resin finishes. Her goal is to create artwork that is calming and peaceful and we know you are going to love her too!
